Imagine how you would feel if you always felt confident about hitting your goals. Imagine how you would feel if you knew you could bring out 110% out of your business and your team while being an amazing boss. My name is Mike and my one superpower is helping managers and founders gain the leadership to build a solid vision with a team and execute on that. All that takes is one hour a week. Since becoming a coach, I have helped some entrepreneurs gain the confidence to leave their jobs and commit to their goals, other ones to pivot their businesses to 10x their customer base and then the ambitious ones (my favorite) to go from $120,000 in revenue to $2 million+ in ARR in less than a year. How do I do this? Here is a snapshot of what my clients experience. 1) Discovery of ways to tap into and utilize your emotional intelligence. Without self awareness and empathy, you cannot build a raving customer base nor a fiercely loyal team. Leaders are always on top of a mad bull. This is how you tame that beast. 2) Using conflict to create opportunities instead of drama. Many leaders see conflicts both within themselves and in the meeting room as something to avoid. But you'll be constantly facing times of crisis and change. Once we get you in touch with your inner compass, you will always be able to navigate through these situations. 3) Know when to choose different leadership styles. You'll understand how to best inspire others, earn their respect and keep their motivation high depending on the person and situation. There's a fine line between being liked and being a leader but you'll stroll along that line even with completely different personalities around you.
