At Yahoo by way of acquisition when they bought interclick for $270M in 2011. Oversaw Product, Sales Engineering, & Operations teams within Yahoo's Genome division during integration and under 4 CEOs while successfully growing head count by more than 50% and revenue grew from $150M to $300M.

Responsible for conducting quarterly earnings call, maintaining analyst, investor, and auditor relationships. Organically grew revenue to over $140M in 5 years, while expanding gross margin % and EBITDA to over $20M by 2011. Revenue/FTE >$1M Beat Wall St expectations in all 17 consecutive quarters of being a public company. Raised nearly $20M in equity financing and increased credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank to $15M Interclick was named the #5 best company to work for in New York by Crains in 2011 across all industries. Sold to Yahoo for $270M in December 2011 which represented a 50% premium over our existing share price.
