Expanded my experience into financial leadership as well as transitioned career to a Business Development focus • Transaction Associate - Dell Ventures – Asia Pacific (Singapore): Regional responsibilities for Dell’s Venture Capital Group (Relationships, sourcing, evaluation, portfolio management)., including successfully invested in 4 enterprises in Asia Pacific, (3 of which went public). Extensive evaluation of over 50 companies across Asia • CFO/Controller China/Hong Kong (Xiamen, China): Initial CFO of Dell’s WFOE with overall responsibility to build out the China Sales and Operations. Responsibilities included AR, AP, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, GAAP assurance, Planning, Tax, Treasury (investments and in country line of credit), Sales Contracts, Internal Controls, and IT for the manufacturing facility in Xiamen as well as 4 sales office. Had P&L responsibilities for the Large Corporate Accounts (LCA) Division representing 75% of country revenues. Played a key role in negotiations at various government levels in regards to Dell’s investment, operations, employee benefits, banking, and taxing authorities
