I established and ran the Business Operations team at UJET, which included driving critical initiatives such as Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Program Management, and Business Process Optimization.

During my tenure at Fyber, I directed initiatives that led to profitability for its core mediation business unit, and implemented the unification of 4 subsidiaries into a single management structure.

    Chartboost is the largest business engine for mobile games, empowering game developers to monetize their games and find new players. As Business Operations Manager, I led our cross-functional revenue task force, managed strategic partnerships with mediation companies, and executed our creatives program.

    I joined Chartboost as its first Business Development Manager for Greater China, where I consistently exceeded revenue goals by establishing a new business pipeline of over 100 active clients, including Advertisers (demand), Publishers (supply), and Strategic Partners.

    Game Concourse is an interactive technology platform for shopping malls, retail, exhibitions and museums. I built and led the company to sustainable profitability within its first 2 years of operation, after developing and deploying its patented technology in over 10 cities across China.

    The9 Interactive is the North American Operations division of The9 (NASDAQ:NCTY). I oversaw our Operation, Technical, Localization, and Customer Service teams, while co-developing the operation plan for a Triple-A MMO title, and led Business Development efforts to publish international games on our platform.

  • Employee #1 / Operations Manager

    2008 - 2010

    THQ*ICE was a joint venture between THQ, a leading global games publisher, and ICE Entertainment, an online games operator in China. We were among pioneers in bringing the free-to-play gaming model to the US. As Employee #1, I oversaw and built operations for a 40-person team, and led the development and launch of our MMO games platform within 1 year. THQ*ICE was ultimately acquired by The9, to establish its North American Operations division.
