    Regional General Manager for “Bajío” Zone, the second most important zone in Mexico for Rappi. Managed a team of over fifty people with five direct reports over six different cities. Responsible for the operation, growth, sales, customer success, owner of strategic restaurant and retail deals and P&L. Accomplished 70% Zone Growth, full team hiring, decrease 25% delivery times and improved 12% completion rate.

    City Manager for Rio de Janeiro, the second most important city in Brazil for Rappi. Managed a team of over twenty people with five direct reports. Responsible for the relaunch, operation, growth, sales, customer success, owner of strategic restaurant and retail deals and P&L. Accomplished 150% Zone Growth, full team hiring, decrease 32% delivery times and improved 25% completion rate.

    Rappi early employee. Responsible for the prospecting, negotiation and close of the first restaurant deals for Rappi Mexico. Accomplished to close more than 1000 POS, and important brands as Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, Taco Holding Group, and more.

    2015 - 2016

    Tripda was a platform (shut down February 2016) of ride sharing for short and long routes. The Bla-Bla-Car for Emerging Markets. Rocket Internet Backed. I was responsible for the strategy, creation, hiring and management of the Tripda Campus Rep program. Management of more than 35 national routes.

    Reporting directly to the Commercial VP and Sales Manager. Responsible for generating daily reports on sales, supported by Wal-Mart’s Retail Link and DSS within Walmart Group and Sam's Club. Support the Danone’s Wal-Mart Team with sales tracking and comparative trend against previous periods, specific analysis to understand consumer behaviour, time frames and conditions of purchase. Responsible for resolving incidents and monitoring at the point of sale and retail through Nationwide Sales Force.

    Management position where, besides the post of Campus Rep, I was in charge of 5 people part of national team at various universities and states. Responsible for reaching personal and group members and group goals. Reported directly to the Program Manager within the Apple’s Marketing Education area in Mexico.

  • Apple Campus Rep

    2011 - 2012

    Representative of the brand within the ITESM Toluca campus. Under the the Apple’s Marketing Education area in Mexico, responsible for conducting events, lectures, workshops, interaction with students and teachers; as well as managing the business relationship between the ITESM and Apple. Direct contact with students and faculty, with first hand customer service in the field. The involvement of Apple products in the ITESM Toluca campus increased over 40%. Manager of the Mobile Learning program, where leader academic directors and professors were given a MacBook Pro and an iPad to use in their classrooms, in charge of constant training for them.
