    My task is to guarantee that Planday remains simple and intuitive for the user, while the system is capable of solving the most complex of problems. This means I must break down and define every solution, so that Planday is always based on a strong data structure, including IA and UX. I also ensure that we are in a constant state of development, and that our solutions are at the forefront in terms of our customer’s wishes. As the CTO it is also my job to coach Planday’s developers, and ensure that we stick to our own strict demand for user-friendliness and a strong data structure.
