Responsible for leading self-driving vehicle, transportation, and smart city efforts the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Led autonomy advocacy efforts for clients such as Waymo, NVIDIA, Intel, Kodiak, Nuro, Motional, and dozens more. CTA also owns and produces CES.
Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives and Technology Policy, NHTSA

Head strategic initiatives and technology policy for NHTSA's 600+ person agency, within the U.S Department of Transportation. Responsible for advancing autonomous and connected vehicles, as well as traffic safety. Served as a senior advisor on technology policy to the Office of the Secretary (OST). Lead the creation and development of U.S. DOT's platform to connect stakeholders in the automated vehicle community, known as the Automated Vehicle Transparency and Engagement for Safe Testing (TEST) Initiative.

Executive team member of NHTSA and advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation on autonomous vehicles and traffic safety. Lead working groups and policy for agency with a $900 million annual budget. Created $38 million grant program for vehicle safety technologies; cross-functional role to support mission of NHTSA. Senior member of DOT grant review teams. Represented NHTSA as a member on the Non-Traditional and Emerging Transportation Technology (NETT) Council, Economic Growth Council, and DOT COVID-19 task force.
