Non-profit 501(c)3 language school. - Established financial and operational infrastructure: implemented QuickBooks, introduced proper budgeting and forecasting, optimized pricing, ensured school adequately insured. - Worked with IT to automate registration and billing - Led first ever fundraising drive. - Managed federal (990) and state (199, RRF, Use Tax) filings, monthly payroll, QuickBooks, donations and landlord relations. Relocated to more appropriate premises and negotiated new lease. - Co-led revamp of school as part of new executive team, which resulted in a tripling of enrollment.
