In this role, I shepherded the organization through a transition after our Key Man departure and then served as Interim CEO/COO for the London Office reporting to the AEW Chairman. During this time, I was a member of the Global Business Policy Group and Executive Business Officers Committee as well as other committees related to international business development, risk management, and corporate leadership. DELIVERED RESULTS: ► Spearheaded $2.8B in total raises across five funds from 2004 – 2010; Pan-European and Asian core plus value-added strategies from European and US institutional pension plans, life insurance companies, fund of funds, family offices, and UHNW individuals. ► Elevated the firm’s brand awareness by establishing relationships with editors of emerging industry publications. Executive Director, Head of Client Services & Marketing AEW Europe London, UK 2004 – 2008 I initially joined Curzon Global Partners, a joint venture between AEW and DTZ, to lead client services, fund operations, communications, marketing, and business administration. In this role, I reported directly to the CEO as a de facto Chief of Staff and scaled the team from 24 to 90. DELIVERED RESULTS: ► Secured long-term client relationships by instituting the firm’s first formal client account management practices. ► Facilitated the merger with AEW Europe after our acquisition by a French company.
