DOM is the result of the years of knowledge and experience accumulated with innovation and digital transformation that now enables me to help companies in different challenges. Rede Frete Fácil is a truckers contracting platform that connects industries and logistic operators to truckers available throughout Brazil. I founded this startup with a small team and, as CEO, I led several fronts at different times of the business. I highlight my direct performance in some of them: (1) Solution research, product design and development project management; (2) Testing of different business models (advertising, freemium, SaaS, marketplace); (3) Executive planning (administrative and commercial) and financial modeling; (4) Structuring the processes of raising investment, developing the executive deck and conducting roadshow with potential investors. The total funds raised were almost R$5 million in Angel (M3 and others), Seed (MBM, VOGA and others) and Serie A (InovaBRA Ventures - Bradesco Investment Bank); (5) Creating the sales pitch, hiring, structuring, training and management of sales teams (inside sales and field sales) with pipeline follow up and direct participation in prospecting large accounts such as Gerdau, JBS, InterCement and others; (6) Planning the partnerships program (Sales Channels), prospecting partners from different categories (banks, software companies, unions, among others), financial negotiation and channel development (training, support and follow-up), highlighting the performance in partnership with Bradesco Bank. In addition, during my management, I also accumulated direct responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors, acting on the strategic definitions of the company, and indirectly, through the management of employees, in the financial management and audits.
