    Millers invests and builds start-ups with a bias for “force for good” visions. - Co-Founder with legendary Olympic Sprinter Michael Johnson of xC. xC is a stealth start-up with the vision of revolutionizing motivation in Fitness by leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Built a Team of 10+ people. Formed Advisory Board (ex. Google / Fitbit, Google-backed Venture Studio, Upfront Ventures). Raised $1.25m from Sweet Capital as Pre-Seed. - Co-Founder / CEO of PKRS.AI, start-up in the sports performance space. PKRS.AI raised $5m from top-tier VCs and became the digital coaching platform of IRONMAN. The company has been sold. Led overall execution across Product, Recruiting, Marketing, Legal / Operations, Fundraising, and Business Development. Hired and led a team of 30+ people, including recruiting 5 top-notch Advisory Board members (C-Level executives from Strava, Zwift, SpaceX). - Mentor at Techstars (Los Angeles Health and Space accelerator programs) and WeSportUp (one of the leading global Sports focused accelerators).

    5-year role for one of the largest Sovereign Wealth Fund. Transacted Private Equity deals across Directs / Co-investments / Secondaries / Funds focusing on the US. Lead strategic activities. - Executed 16 transactions for aggregate invested capital of $3.2b (led single fund commitments of up to $500m each independently); worked on small teams (3/6 professionals). - Independent coordination of internal/external investment process (including Legal, Tax, ODD). Led presentation to Investment Committee. - Proprietary origination of opportunities sourcing >$2b of Co-investments. Creation of a US mid-market Funds portfolio, adding 10 top-performing new GPs in less than 2 years. Advisory Board member of 8 Fund relationships. - Managed team of Associates / Analysts and one-to-one mentorship of national-Analysts. Led Harvard Business School workshop aimed at restructuring internal investment process and templates.

    6-month project for the largest venture incubator outside of the US. Focus on country operations’ set-up of an eCommerce platform. The company (Westwing.com) has raised $240m and IPOed in 2018. - Hired and managed a team of 18 people across all areas (buying, product management, fulfillment, customer care, marketing, admin). - Doubled gross margin on sold merchandise and average ticket size; Negotiated and created 300+ product campaigns.

    3.5-year role investing a Private Equity $6b Buyout fund and $1.5b Growth fund with a focus on Europe. Involvement in the entire investment cycle in various sectors and geographies. Top-tier Bonus incentive. - Executed 12 transactions for aggregate invested capital of $1b (including investments, exits, and add-ons). - Restructured a >$200m debt syndicate; direct C-level support spending 1 day per week at the company’s headquarters; led subsidiaries disposals (~$40m in aggregate).
