Since 2013, I’m the Managing Director of BASF’s Agrochemical activities in France, UK Ireland and Benelux, with full P&L responsibility (600 M€ turnover). In France, this represents 2 companies (BASF Agro and BASF Agri SAS), with 300 employees in sales, marketing, R&D and support, as well as 500 employees in 3 production sites. I was elected Chairman of “UIPP “ (Plant protection association) in 2015 for a 4 year mandate. I had additional mandates in other BASF French affiliates and several external responsibilities in other business associations.

2010 - 2013

I hosted all administrative services for BASF in France (16 affiliated companies and 2500 employees). I represented BASF as corporate Business representative and support for the Business Units acting in France. I had also several mandates in half of the BASF affiliates in France. This was a very intensive experience. Including deep dive in managing Union’s and employee representatives with major organizational changes as well as 2 integrations (Cognis and Ciba).
