    Svea Solar is digitalising energy. For the first five years, I was hands on defining the strategy for Svea Solar. Heading up product, sales and marketing. Taking what I learned back home in the Valley and applying it to Climate Tech in Europe. We bootstrapped to $50 million in just four years before we raised a $13 million Series A. Today the company has raised over $200m, we have thousands of users across Europe and over 1000 employees with offices in Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden (we're hiring). All of this, while reducing millions of tons of CO2 emissions each year. In 2021, I stepped out of day-to-day operations but I continue to advise the company from afar. I'm immensely proud of my employees and co-founders who continue to run the rocket ship and set an example for other Climate Tech companies across the world.

    Before being acquired by Bullhorn (Vista Equity Partners), Jobscience was the leading enterprise recruitment software. As an early employee at Jobscience, I wore many hats. I reported directly to the Co-founder and CEO, working on everything from sales operations, product development strategy, investments, opening offices in London and Tokyo, recruiting and managing our global business development team, to overseeing a full rebrand.
