CoFounded company, and recruited an international team of engineers, entomologists, and designers. Oversee from early market hypothesis and lean experimentation to shipped product. - Managed all aspects of the product's lifecycle from ideation, and beta testing to successful launch. - Translated user requirements into functional specifications and created wireframes of approved features synthesizing user and technical input. - Driving a solution with multiple teams including development, design, advisory partners, and stakeholders. - Defined vision and prioritization of future roadmap while performing lean and agile methodologies.
