It's the equivalent of match-making with fewer awkward first dates and, hopefully, much more promising results. If and when I can, I am happy to offer pointers or train our portfolio founders, talent teams and their hiring managers if they feel that'll help them hire and retain people more effectively.     Brought on board to deliver to new and established clients across South East Asia, South Asia, Australasia and South America, and moved into a broader role covering Executive Search, Permanent & Contract Roles. Sourcing contract candidates with niche expertise from anywhere across the globe for difficult to fill roles within new Local, Regional and Global clients – including Heads of Business, Project Leaders & Technical Consultants. Managed client relationship for and delivery for Global Telecoms Business across South East Asia – making placements across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Project Managed a High Volume recruitment drive for a Global Telecoms client’s near-sourcing project in Kuala Lumpur. Subject Matter Expertise for Mobility & Devices, Data Science & Analytics, e-commerce, Cloud & Data Centre, Internet of Things (Everything) / Machine to Machine. Built personal LinkedIn network from 2,000-12,500 to increase my sourcing & advertising capability (of which 8000+ are in Telecoms, Technology and Software domains.) Extensive networking to develop leads and new business across the South East Asia region – particularly Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia.

    Brought on board as a 360 IT + T Technical Consultant to bring on board and deliver to new regional clients across the South East Asia region through business development into the Cloud / Analytics / Mobility space: Cold-calling clients to introduce senior technical candidates and understand hiring and technical scope of company. Conducting client meetings to understand client’s products and advise on salary levels and availability of technical skill-sets across region. Sourcing for roles – Using a combination of techniques and resources (database/ advertising/ job boards/ social media/networking/ headhunt calls) to attract relevant candidates, understand their current situation and motivations, sell them the opportunity, qualify them for the role and gather market intelligence. CV Preparation and Delivery – Consulting with candidates on how they can make their CV more presentable with relevant technical information and reformatting, before introducing a concise profile to clients. Candidate pre-screen interview – Meet with candidates to qualify technical skills, presentability, face-to-face communication, motivations, personal situation and expectations. Coordinating end-to-end interview process with stakeholders on client end. Closing deals - Managing expectations of client / candidate throughout the process and offer negotiation stage to ensure a smooth closure. Gathering relevant documentation and maintaining database – negotiating terms of business, completing reference checks, assisting with EP Application forms, writing up notes on meetings, interviews.
