As 100% of the raw material originates from USA, and is not picked at all prior to export packaging, we pay special attention to quality and offer a comprehensive three-stage quality assurance program in which every single piece of clothing is checked three times prior to shipment by a dedicated QA team. • As Managing Director, I was fortunate enough to drive this expansion, leading the global team effort in deploying a large manufacturing facility—80,000sqft building, 60 employees—in nine months, from inception to completion. • Led the process of designing, managing and implementing full operations, supply chain, communications, outsourcing, ERP and CRM to streamline business practices and allow for global operations integration, monitoring and operational efficiencies with our other global offices and plants. • Able to create vertical demand by establishing non-equity joint ventures with local entities to consume a large percentage of production. • Attained new customers by taking advantage of newly identified and created strategic regional and global trade opportunities.

These customers are in industries such as automotive, appliance, building material, infrastructure, packaging, etc...In both areas, we deal in the the complete line of carbon based steel products and manage supplier/buyer side supply chain and trade structuring. • Led the creation of the global trade entity, from zero to over 14 offices worldwide, with a trade portfolio of over USD $160 million in trade transactions. • Leveraged economies of scale to promote new venture, as well as support USA entity by significantly reducing costs of goods. • Established strong supply chain to ensure greater efficiency and service. • Implemented global tax strategy to mitigate against risk, and plan for long term growth. • Responsible for all enterprise wide planning of market penetration strategy, forecasting, financial budgeting, modeling and global growth planning. • Manage and plan capital budgeting to be used in considering all financial and capital acquisition requirements for growth, along with planning respective cash flow requirements. • Monitor company performance via key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turns, sales, cash receipts and key financial ratios. • Leveraged global currencies by taking advantage of financial derivatives, such as forward and spot transactions, as well as triangular arbitrage and hedging, as a means of profit maximization and risk mitigation.
