Led and implemented the Discover 10X (D10X) Advisory Board in order to support D10X projects across governance processes and committees. Monitored the project’s budget, and coordinated performance reports between local management and executive senior management in Toronto headquarters. Generated $0.4MM in annual savings in marketing costs at the investment funds subsidiary of Scotiabank by leveraging synergies within marketing departments and creating economies of scale. Led a $19MM regional contact center implementation to serve Latin American customers by managing six core multifunctional teams including HR, technology, real estate, sales & services and operations.
