  • Growth Operations Lead for Kustomer

    2022 - 2022

Joined Meta through the acquisition of Kustomer. I owned the data infrastructure, technology, and process for the go-to-market org, responsible for tens of millions in pipeline. I decided it was time to go back to my startup roots, though.

  • Director of Business Operations

    2020 - 2022

Joined Kustomer through the acquisition of Reply. I owned the reporting infrastructure to visualize the customer journey end to end, and led the initiative to launch a PLG motion.

  • COO and Co-founder

    2016 - 2020

We created Reply to make customer service faster and smarter. We raised $4M, had a team of 20 people, and serviced customers like Samsung, HiSmile, and The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas. We were acquired by Kustomer, where Reply became Kustomer's premium AI Assistant offering.

  • COO and Co-founder

    2015 - 2016

Bootstrapped mobile app studio. We designed, developed and launched 15+ mobile apps that reached 30+ million users. It started out as a nights-and-weekends hobby (back in 2008 when Android came out) and turned into a profitable business that led to Reply.

  • Head of Mobile Engineering

    2013 - 2015

Engineer for the Android Photofeed app (a 2013 Google Photos), and later engineering manager for the cross-platform team of 8 mobile engineers for the Pixable app. Pixable reached the top 500 of U.S. internet properties.

  • Staff Software Engineer

    2009 - 2013

Junior > Senior > Staff software engineer for the Control System of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). My software was used to operate and monitor the particle accelerator.

  • Software Engineer

    2008 - 2009

I extended the widget framework used by the Google Product team. More importantly, I learned a ton about scalable, maintainable software engineering early in my career.
