Board representation: In addition to my investment and managerial duties, I am the employee representative on the Board of Directors at Investinor, contributing to the governance and strategic direction of the firm. In July 2023, I successfully led the negotiation team on behalf of DHT in its sale to Vayyar Imaging Ltd., a unicorn and global leading semiconductor company that produces 4D imaging radar sensors. This strategic transaction underscores the significant value of DHT's innovative technology and its crucial role in enhancing Vayyar's portfolio. The integration of DHT's fall-detection technology for seniors is set to play a pivotal role on the global stage, reinforcing Vayyar's position as a leader in this vital market segment. Following this transaction, I will be assuming the role of Chair of the Board for DHT. Moving forward, DHT will pivot into a holding company with the sole objective of managing its new ownership stake in Vayyar and Pratexo. I am proud to have contributed to this milestone, ensuring that our developed technology continues to make a substantial impact in the industry.

As a Board Member at Dele Health Tech, I represented the lead investor and played a key role in expanding the business from Norway to the US senior healthcare market. Dele Health Tech provides a fall detection, alert, and management system with four times the accuracy of other automated systems, ensuring real-time alerts for staff in senior living and nursing facilities. Addressing the critical issue of falls, which affect one in three seniors over 65 annually and account for 70% of deaths among those over 75, our technology leverages extensive IoT health application experience. We manage large data volumes to make fall detection predictive and preventive, significantly enhancing resident safety and quality of care.

My primary responsibilities include securing Investinor's initial and follow-on investments, contributing to business development and strategy, and playing a key role in recruiting the CEO. We traded directly with investment banks like Goldman Sachs, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Lehman brothers and others. One of my task was also to monitor and analyze global macro trends, and thus find new investment opportunities for our investors. During my time in NIS I structured derivatives that traded at a total exposure of several 100 MNOK.
