• Led initiatives for the World Bank’s BOOST team in Africa and the Middle East, liaising with 35+ cross-functional stakeholders to scale our budget reporting methodologies globally. • Implemented fiscal policy initiatives in Togo, Mozambique, and Lebanon, among others. • Elaborated, maintained and analyzed public budget databases through Excel, STATA and Tableau, developing policy reports on government expenditure trends and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.
