    FinTech Collective is a global, early-stage venture capital firm backing entrepreneurs transforming how money moves through the world. Founded in 2012 with offices in New York City and London, the firm has deep experience investing across capital markets, wealth and asset management, banking, lending, payments, insurance, and DeFi. The managing partners of FinTech Collective met in their mid-20s and helped build, scale, and successfully exit four fintech businesses. Backed by some of the world’s leading institutional investors, FinTech Collective manages over $800m in regulatory assets.     • Founding Member of Boys Club, a builder-centric ecosystem driving the future of culture in Web3. Boys Club was founded in November 2021 and has been widely commended for its cultural impact, receiving notable recognition from media outlets like Vogue, TechCrunch, Fast Company, The Atlantic, and more. • Spearheaded strategic initiatives that grew Boys Club's community presence to over six countries and significantly increased our rate of new member applications, which averaged over 300+ new applications per week to join the community (at peak). • Founded and led initiatives such as Boys Club DAO, an internal incubator and product studio created to build and launch products & services into the broader Boys Club community. • Raised ~$1m to seed the Boys Club DAO Treasury, led by Framework Ventures, w/ additional participation from Blockworks, Bankless, PplPleasr, FWB DAO, amongst others. Non-cap table raise. • Incubated three revenue-generating projects, two of which became Boys Club's flagship product offerings for Boys Club. • Helped source and secure key partnerships with industry leaders like Centrifuge, Uniswap, Aave, Berachain, and more.

    • Founded Boys Club DAO, a decentralized organization responsible for maintaining and growing the daily operations of Boys Club and incubating new projects under the Boys Club brand. Two of the projects incubated in Boys Club DAO are (revenue-generating) flagship products for Boys Club today. • Raised ~$1m to seed DAO Treasury, led by Framework Ventures. Non-cap table raise. • Managed 30+ DAO members over 2.5+ years, with 98% member retention YoY, averaging 85% active governance participation across the DAO. • Led governance design, incentive mechanism design, treasury management strategy, and organizational design for Boys Club DAO. • Led end-to-end hiring and recruiting strategy to attract exceptional talent and expand our DAO's team in Boys Club DAO S2. Designed and led the candidate pipeline and interview process, from discovery to onboarding. Interviewed & vetted candidates. Led the onboarding of ~20 new members onto our team. • Supported creating and establishing initiatives like Boys Club DAO's Asset Management Strategy, the Boys Club DAO Grants Program, and more.

Manager of Ambassador team: designing goals and expectations, interviewing and onboarding, role delegation. - Drove traffic to the Youth Media Lab up 70% by creating a Youth Programs Instagram account. - Created engagement strategies to drive participation and engagement like Amplify: a podcast where young activists engage in meaningful conversations with successful individuals driving positive social change. - Made strategic decisions by analyzing user data collected from surveys and interviews.     • Proud Ex-Recruitment Chair and Dropout of Alpha Lambda Phi @ Occidental College. • Elected into the Recruitment Chair position of Alpha in 2019 to recruit new candidates, manage the candidate pipeline, and drive successful onboarding strategies for the organization. My campaign was publicly and privately motivated by the desire to drive more diversity within the organization -- across racial, socioeconomic, and political spheres. • Exited Recruitment Chair position & dropped out of Alpha Lambda Phi in late 2020, after attempts to drive & promote diversity within the org were actively unsupported and ignored by the fellow org leadership team. • Post-Exit: Co-authored a public call to action, sent to Oxy's Alpha Lambda Phi email listserv, detailing grievances and providing actionable suggestions for cultural and managerial improvement of the organization.
