Monitored website for outages, security breaches, and user issues, including sharing beeper duty. After subsequent acquisition of the company by Mansueto Ventures, led server, software, and hosting provider migration, including selection of new vendors, hiring and overseeing a team of 3 engineers and several contractors, and maintaining uptime throughout.
