I also architected ICF's solar PV analytics suite — the first in the industry to automate solar prospecting using hundreds of millions of technical, economic, and demographic data points. In my first few years at ICF I specialized in market modeling using Fortran (yes, from the 1950's) and .Net runtime environments.
