Investment areas included enterprise, mobile and Internet technologies. Served on the Boards of Netli (acquired by Akamai), Like.com (acquired by Google), Paypal (PYPL), Bitfone (acquired by HP) and Location Labs (acquired by AVG), among others.

Ipsilon Networks, was a venture backed innovator in data networking and enterprise security. Joined Ipsilon as employee #24 and managed all aspects of finance, accounting, IT, HR, legal and manufacturing operations as the company grew to approximately 150 employees with sales organizations in Europe and Asia. Highly involved in fundraising from both strategic and venture investors, and managed the M&A process as the company was acquired by Nokia Corporation in December 1997. Joined Nokia in the context of the acquisition and served as Head of Finance, IP Routing/Security Group and member of the Business Development/M&A team until September 1998 when Nokia Ventures/BlueRun Ventures was founded.
