    Mindtrace helps enterprises solve on-site and remote inspection challenges by deploying bespoke AI Brains that can see and identify issues far more accurately and faster than the human eye. The company’s proprietary Brain-Sense Platform was designed to increase machine vision accuracy and reduce cycle times by feeding imagery into a growing library of use case specific brains. The platform leverages synthetic data and machine learning methods to help clients quickly realize the value of AI, even with limited training data. Mindtrace’s technology provides businesses with innovative ways to analyze and classify imagery, all while delivering valuable insights that enhance both product quality and operational efficiency. The company’s growing library of AI-trained brains and models are designed to be extended across a wide range of visual applications and industry specific use cases.

    Smalkworks was an indie app studio that developed simple games for iOS. Sparks, my most popular app, is still regularly in the Top 100 Chart for the Trivia Games category in the US. It was also featured by the App Store shortly after launching. Some of the original apps that gained traction are still available for download and occasionally updated, but active development on new apps was stopped in 2022.

    Telnyx delivers voice, messaging and more for applications and next-generation communications companies. Offering a communications platform that provides global carrier-grade services, Telnyx maintains an international, private IP network and grants its customers unprecedented control over their communications through its innovative portal and RESTful API. Telnyx products include voice (elastic SIP trunking, global number search, and telephony data), programmatic messaging, wireless (mobile IoT), embedded communications (WebRTC) and automated networking. Customers provision services a la carte and pay by usage for scalable, on-demand communications.

    Peak Capital is a venture capital fund focused on fast growing Platform, SaaS and Marketplace companies and is backed by seasoned tech entrepreneurs. As the firm's first Entrepreneur in Residence, I assisted in scouting for interesting European Startups in the CX space and advised portfolio companies on their product and go-to-market strategies.

    As a Special Projects Manager, I oversaw the integration of an acquired company into our organization, both from a technical and operational perspective. What I'm most proud of: - Sourcing the acquisition target and being the primary champion for the deal. - Serving as the internal go-to person for all things relevant to the acquisition. - Completing the integration project without any employee attrition.

What I'm most proud of: - Building the first product marketing team of content creation specialists. - Identifying a gap in the market where our Flow Builder product could quickly establish itself as a leading solution. - Helping to bring three new products to market.     As MessageBird’s first Product Manager for Voice & SIP Trunking, I managed the development and launching of both products at Mobile World Congress in 2018. What I'm most proud of: - Accelerating the expansion of our Voice platform by championing the acquisition of a VoIP technology company. - Rapidly building out Beta versions with a lean team of voice engineers. - Bringing two of our most successful new products to market.

    ShopAdvisor is a leading proximity marketing platform. It acquired Retailigence in 2016. As the Senior Manager of Partnerships, I was responsible for transitioning existing partnerships and technical onboarding of new clients and partners. What I'm most proud of: - Successfully migrating Retailigence's developer and partner community to ShopAdvisor. - Establishing lucrative new deals with Shopping Mall & REIT partners who wanted API access.

    Retailigence was a location-based product marketing platform originally founded in 2011. In my role as Director of Product Marketing, I managed our overall company messaging and marketing collateral. What I'm most proud of: - Creating our company website, sales collateral and securing press coverage in publications like The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, Internet Retailer, and VentureBeat. - Building a community of over 1,500 developers - Recruiting key new developers and retailer partners at NRF's Big Show, Mobile World Congress, SF New Tech, Big Brand Hackathon, and iOS Dev Camp.
