    Responsible for Joby's online presence, from e-commerce to marketing to customer service. Heavily involved in product management, traditional (offline) marketing, and customer service. * Designed and built all Joby websites, localized in 11 languages and 3 currencies * Designed & produced "Gorillacam"​ iPhone photo app and related marketing efforts. Exceeded 1 million downloads within 5 weeks of launch; chosen as Featured App by Apple. * Singlehandedly re-designed & re-coded Joby's website to adapt it to our expanding product lines; resulted in 31% increase in sales conversions. * Continually optimized Joby's website and advertising campaigns through data-driven analysis (split testing, ROI analysis, etc.) * Launched new product discovery/selection tool, resulting in 90% reduction in customer service calls & email inquiries. * Managed and executed all of Joby's social media efforts, including Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Get Satisfaction, etc. Was also involved with several company-wide operational and strategic roles, including: * Setting up Joby's European sales office & operations. * Working w/ CEO to design employee evaluation criteria & process. * Representing Joby at numerous international tradeshows.
