Amplify Ops mission is to help companies and ideas scale and prosper. Having been through two major scaling experiences with two different companies, Peter has learned the challenges of building a company from early stages to going global from the inside. For start ups, the emphasis is on how to build a scalable operations from scratch and how to reach healthy product gross margins by cost reductions. As an advisor, board member or consultant, he can help building operations teams, design supply chain flexibility to meet customers needs, scale suppliers and manufacturing, finding partners and help drive cost reduction activities. Amplify Ops might also do early stage investing in companies fitting the profile. For larger enterprises, Peter works with innovation, digitalization and supply chain transformation. Given his background, the sweet spot lays in Automotive, Cleantech-energy and the high tech sector. Here he does assessments, strategy and improvement projects as well as taking on board roles.
