    My quick challenge as was to help sparkle a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship as a part of the corporate strategy for the current year, at one of top banks in the region. I've mobilized a cross-functional team of internal talent, we're getting sponsorship from the CEO and buy-in from his board and the full attention of the leadership team and its AI community. We delivered the very first in-house GenAI innovation from idea to production in record time of few weeks, not months or years as expected. We restarted the trust in internal talent to self-form and manage + to deliver cutting-edge upgrades with real business dollar value in fast-track mode like a startup. Everyone enjoyed the ride and kept smiling so definitely a way to go!

    I served as the Head of Operations, a key figure in the Executive Team, leading 15+ individuals across three teams. My role was pivotal in propelling the company into a dynamic, data-driven powerhouse. Major Achievements: FOSTERING A DATA CULTURE (VP OF DATA AND ANALYTICS): - Established Customer360 for consolidated sales and support data. - Led Data Warehouse productualization over Snowflake, overseeing strategic hires. - Installed our product for RDM, MDM, DG, DQ for own company usage. - Kicked off the golden customer record initiative (MDM, RDM). PARTNERS / CHANNEL SALES (VP OF PARTNERS): - Achieved YoY growth in partner-assisted deals with optimised resources - Secured listings on AWS and Microsoft Azure, attaining top-tier partnership with Microsoft. - Expanded global coverage with the hiring of a North American partners team. - Piloted regional distributors for indirect channel sales in North Europe. - Successfully conducted OEM partnership negotiations. - Rolled out HubSpot as a comprehensive partners management tool. - Implemented a partner enablement portal. - Developed a methodology for yearly account planning with top partners and a QBR process. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (CHIEF OF STAFF): - Provided valuable insights as an Executive Team member. - Spearheaded OKR framework implementation for enhanced alignment and accountability. - Implemented Rocks Methodology, amplifying focus and goal achievement.     Peter serves part-time as a Go-to-market Business consultant for CEO of non-for-profit scientific institute KInIT, to kick off its "company": Hopero - Slovak AI European Digital Innovation Hub (SKAI-eDIH). With more than 20 years in the financial, banking and telco industries he has the acumen to build excellent commercial tech companies with brilliant people and start practical innovations especially in old-fashioned industries like EMEA corporate finance and banking. Peter transfers business frameworks to a start-up in science environment: - company setup (virtual HQ organization for 4 companies in consortium, vision to mission, role split, OKRs) - project organization (project delivery planning and task management initiation, rhythms, knowledge management) - strategic product marketing (product-to-market fit, brand and growth strategy, both B2C and B2B)

With more than 20 years in the financial, banking and telco industries he has the acumen to build a team of brilliant people and start the practical disruption in old-fashioned and boring book-keeping, corporate finance and banking. He wants to get rid of pains he was facing in accounting area during his CFO and COO times and make it ready for digital/AI era. Peter is looking to engage again both university and high school students in research of people-less concepts, aiming to use machine learning and free-up human resources for rather creative and healthier jobs.
