Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Management: Created a CRM to manage/optimize the company’s (1) B2B partnership pipeline, (2) B2B tech integrations, and (3) Sales pipelines. Responsible for managing weekly cross-team scrums and implementing RACI methodology to improve information-sharing and streamline roadmap actualization.

Freestyle Ski Coach

Coached freestyle skiing to Rocky Competitive Series (Comp) athletes, traveling around the rocky mountains as a Competition Coach. Designed and implemented athlete training programs and managed the construction and maintenance of training venues.

International Freestyle Athlete

Competed on the North American (NorAm) Freestyle circuit with athletes from all over the world aspiring to qualify for the World Cup tour and Winter Olympics. Engaged year-round in a disciplined training regime while balancing academic studies. Ranked within the top 15 freestyle skiers in the United States.

Freestyle Ski Instructor

Coached 150+ freestyle athletes (ages 9-17), traveling around the northeast as a Competition Coach. Designed and implemented athlete training programs, managed the construction and maintenance of training venues, and trained and managed other coaches. Interfaced with management, parents, and athletes in order to curate high-impact training plans specific to different athletes' needs. My efforts were recognized when I received the 2017 Stratton Coach of the Year award and was nominated for the 2017 Domestic Coach of the Year award for freestyle.
