Sensopia Inc. is a Montreal/San Francisco-based software publisher focused on Reality Capture. Reality Capture is the process of retrieving information about the surrounding environment onto a portable digital model. Sensopia is the developer of MagicPlan, a unique application that proposes a disruptive approach to making floor plans. MagicPlan can automatically measure, draw and publish a floor plan, just by taking pictures with a mobile device. MagicPlan is a true mass-market success with more than 13 millions unique downloads. MagicPlan has also received several awards and has been selected by Apple as “App of the week” in 107 countries. (www.sensopia.com for more information). Sensopia was sold in 2016.

Managing Director of the Asmodee group with offices in France, Germany, Benelux, the UK, Spain and Canada with more than 150 employees. Transformed Asmodee from a French leading company to become the largest European Distributor and publisher of cards and boardgames. Manage the transformation through acquisitions and local structuring. Revenue tripled in 3 years, to reach $130M .

Start-up a boardgame publishing company from scratch. Developed a complete distribution network over Europe. Took the company from €0 to €5M in 4 years. Won the game of the year in Germany, first non German company to win in 25 years.

Co-founded the company in 1990 but joined in 1993, after the first product got developed, to start the software sales and distribution. Started with France, then Europe. 04/1995 till 08/2001: Moved to San Francisco, USA Started-up the US operations for Cast. Opened 4 offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Washington and New York. Cast US was 40% of the total revenue for the company with 800 clients and 60 people. With other founders, took the company public in May 1999, with revenue of €25M. 09/2001 till 06/2002: Moved back to France for personal reasons and implemented a complete business model and a sales methodology to provide an efficient way to knowledge transfer Cast know-how to all operations. Took over Sweden and Germany in a business mentoring program to put them back on track.

Management of a team of 14 people. Creation of a sales methodology and business model to better sell the leading database software on the Mac. Restructured the sales force, turning towards "enterprise" customers. Doubled revenue in 1 year going from $4M to $8M.
