  • Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

    2019 - 2019

    - Lead Culture & Growth Operations area within the Member Experience Team; with a focus on implementing company-wide processes centered around diversity and inclusion in all hiring, recruiting, and marketing materials. - Created a D&I compliance packet for senior WeWork Leadership to address diversity and inclusion in key areas of hiring, training, and retention. - Implemented and led a D&I training seminar for senior Engineering management within the WeWork Member Experience department.

  • Head of Operations and Chief of Staff

    2017 - 2019

    (Acquired by The We Company in June 2019) - Partnered with Prolific Interactive’s CEO and Executive Leadership team to ensure accuracy and integrity of due diligence processes for company acquisition by The We Company, including disclosure schedules, seller/exiting packages, staffing plans and communications; and business closeout. - Optimized Prolific Interactive’s annual $15M P/L budget by analyzing financial statements, activity reports, and billings. In addition to handling all budget approvals and identifying areas for growth and reduction on a quarterly basis. - Managed a team of contractors and vendors to complete the construction of Prolific Interactive's 18K sq. ft. office, with a total budget of $1.5M. The buildout was completed on schedule, and under budget. - Implemented company wide EEOC guidelines and data tracking, resulting in an average response rate of 80% from prospective applicants as part of Prolific Interactive's D&I strategy. - Established an Emergency Action Plan ensuring safety of team and client partners. - Implemented and led mandatory D&I training seminars for each company office, resulting in an average of 90% participation from staff. - Created Prolific Interactive's NPS survey and generated holistic reports of client sentiment and feedback in order to improve the operational efficacy of client facing teams.

  • Operations Manager

    2015 - 2017

    - Organized daily priorities and projects for the Managing Director and directly managed essential day to day tasks for the Operations Coordinator. - Established and implemented departmental policies, objectives, and procedures, conferring with senior management as necessary. - Collaborated with the People Operations team to identify key staffing requirements, and interview prospective candidates, hire and train new employees. - Developed and strengthened external vendor relationships through timely payment and recognition of all accounts payable.

  • Community Manager & Operations Coordinator

    - Overseeing operations and inventory across eight company locations with 2,000 entrepreneurs in co working space - Managing IT projects from start to completion - Overseeing training and supervising new Community Managers - Facilitate new office move-ins and move-outs, phone and Internet set-ups, and building maintenance logistics - Collecting and depositing monthly rental payments from all member companies - Conduct administrative tasks such as receiving mail/packages, phone calls and guests - Contributing regularly to company blog and social media platforms (WordPress, Facebook, Twitter) - Planning and executing large-scale networking events for members - Tracking potential sales leads
