**Currently recruiting multiple roles including a HR Manager, Scrum Master and Consent Order Drafters, get in touch if you are interested in joining the team*** As co-founder of amicable, I started the company with Kate Daly following Kate’s lengthy, acrimonious and expensive divorce. We saw how the out-of-date and adversarial legal system inflamed the situation, making it much more difficult to navigate. Divorce is a sad thing, but it doesn’t need to be a bad thing, so we created amicable to help couples divorce in a kinder and more affordable way, prioritising any children. Following our high-court ruling in 2020, we paved the way for couples to work together collaboratively to navigate divorce. A key part of our mission is campaigning for change to enable more people to have access to an amicable separation and in April 2022 we welcomed the change in the law to ‘no-fault divorce’. To date, we’ve helped over ten thousand people, untie the knot, amicably. Our success caught the attention of Octopus Group, and we were acquired in 2023 with a joint mission - to revolutionise divorce and separation. You can follow our journey and access expert information and advice by visiting amicable.co.uk or listening to our story on The Divorce Podcast.

The Girls’ Network is an award winning charity that matches girls from low socio-economic backgrounds with inspirational female mentors from all walks of life. We offer girls mentorship from inspirational and motivated women across a range of professions and from a wide range of backgrounds, with the aim of developing confidence in the girls and inspiring them to create amazing futures. We believe that all girls have a right to be able to access the best opportunities available, and should not be limited by their gender or where they come from. We believe all girls should be able to set high aspirations, to discover their self-worth and to develop their capacity to shape their world.
