We have built the first socially conscious Wallet. The Good Money Wallet provides 1.5% unlimited cash back on all purchases; purchase protection and travel protection! We Protect ≈3,600 trees in the Amazon per customer AND Give 1% to the planet via the RainForest Fund. I played a lead role in the three pivots that the company made. Built a team of remarkable colleagues I inherited a large team of employees and outsourced development teams. I retrenched and reorganized the team with skills and agility to meet the business challenges. Recruited, hired, trained (including leaders) for all technology needs: Front End, Backend, Infrastructure, Data Science, Security and Compliance, and IT. Instilled agency and gratitude Fostered mentoring, retrospectives, and structured communication Led Technical and Product Charter Conducted market research and competitive analysis to refine product/customer/vertical scope. Wrote Product Requirements Documents, mapped to Engineering Projects, scoped+prioritized projects, published timelines, and tracked implementation. I led the selection of a balanced technology stack that is advanced but used by a wide pool of skilled talent from which to hire: Flutter for Frontend; GraphQL for API; TypeScript, Serverless for Backend; Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code; SnowFlake for Data Warehousing; Segment and Amplitude for Customer Data Analysis. Created a strategic framework for vendor evaluation, management, alliances, contract negotiation, and integration. Built Organizational Capabilities Participated in setting company goals and quarterly OKRs for all teams. Workshopped with individuals and leaders to map individual OKRs to company goals. Built enhanced analytical capabilities to track company KPI and product goals. Audited periodic financial reporting packages including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Course corrected based on the OpEx Pro Forma and Cash Forecast to manage cash burn.
