    Insurance distribution platform backed by Y Combinator, NEA, Index, and Felicis. Led sales, customer success, and marketing. • Joined pre-launch and led monetization strategies, identified initial 5K+ prospects, and built demand generation functions. • Signed company’s first 60+ partners, ahead of goals, resulting in 700K+ price quotes on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.

    2012 - 2017

    SquareTrade was acquired by Allstate (NYSE: ALL) for $1.4B in cash. Reported to the CEO and managed ~1/3 of the company’s revenue (focused on e-commerce) with $3B+ of electronics under protection. Promoted 3 times during my tenure. • Full P&L responsibility for Amazon, Kindle, and eBay e-commerce partnerships and grew the business to 9-figure revenue. • Led real-time pricing initiatives on 50M+ units on Amazon and more than doubled category position. • Signed a 3-year exclusive deal with Kindle and launched plans in the US and Europe, increasing unit sales by 180%+ YoY.     Customer acquisition and retention for the Membership Rewards program. • Joined an Amex joint venture pre-launch and grew members from ~0 to 200K in 6 months by building predictive models on Amex’s portfolio of cardholders. • Identified a competitor set of 300+ brands and built look-alike models based on cardholder activity, acquiring an additional 60K+ members.
