My role involved working with consulting teams from McKinsey’s India office to address their research requirements. In due course, I also provided active coaching to junior colleagues and buddy new hires. While I worked across industries, I built a spike in the Social Sector space and was a member of the Mckinsey India- Social Sector Office. During my stint at McKinsey, I developed core research skills and understanding of diverse industries and economies and McKinsey business practices across the globe that aided in deep dive research ranging from company-level performance to broad macroeconomic trends. I also gained knowledge of databases like CMIE, Bloomberg, Reuters, Datastream and World Development Indicators (WDI)
