During my time, I've conducted due diligence, worked closely with & advised senior executives, created a well-performing long-term & short-term asset allocation plan, developed strategic investment strategies for the firm with a contrarian thinking background and structured convertible note solutions.

    Syntrillo, Inc., is an AI-focused VC-backed healthcare company ($2.7 million+ raised) working towards developing a platform that can reduce stroke by up to 50%. Through a combination of digital health, AI and partnership with United Health’s innovation group, Syntrillo is making expert-level care accessible to millions of at-risk patients. In my role as a SVP, I reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer. During my time, I led user and other research, contributed heavily to defining the company's near-term commercialization strategy, leveraged my network and set up calls with potential investors to contribute to the overall round, developed a comprehensive plan for customer procurement via marketing channels and advertising networks, conveyed and formulated fiscal proposals for corporate initiatives to top-level management.

    Knowt is an educational technology startup ($2.5 million+ raised) trusted by more than 2 million users around the world to use artificial intelligence to automatically generate quizzes and flashcards from learning materials to help students study and teachers create assignments In my role as Head of Business Development, I spearheaded the development of growth marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition for our VC-backed AI ed-tech platform. I actively contributed to weekly executive meetings, presented fiscal proposals to senior leadership, and led strategic initiatives for the KnowtTakers program. Additionally, I collaborated with the business development team to develop partnerships with content creators for paid sponsorship opportunities.

    2020 - 2021

    Founded and led a digital media company specializing in private markets, achieving a subscriber growth of over 20,000 within the initial 30 days. Successfully recruited a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Content Officer (CCO), and secured strategic revenue-generating partnerships with industry leaders such as OnDeck. Directed the company, Startupper, through a successful acquisition to a technology-focused holdings company. Post-acquisition, continued to drive significant growth by establishing various brands focused on blockchain technologies, resulting in a global monthly viewership exceeding 1.5 million. Formed strategic alliances with some of the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. Additionally, led the development of an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) tracking platform, attracting over 2,000 waitlisted users prior to launch. Managed a team of developers from Nigeria to create a cryptocurrency exchange specializing in microcap coins.
