Currently, most rely on PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, phone calls and less than user-friendly ERP / PLM systems to manage all aspects of their specification needs--from procurement to quality assurance. We believe that access to accurate specification data, plus the intelligence to make data-driven decisions is critical in today’s operating environment.

    Todd was the angel investor, Co-founder, President & COO of the SaaS EdTech start-up GoGuardian (2018 Inc. 500 #1 Fastest-Growing Education company). He funded the company prior to the A-round, completed key hires, established selling, financial and operational systems, lead an A-round of financing, and helped build the company to $10M ARR in 30 months. Todd transitioned to an advisory role with GoGuardian in August 2016. The company was acquired by Sumeru Equity Partners in May 2018.

    As Business Unit Manager, Todd lead the integration of the newly acquired Titan Business Unit into the Industrial Hose Division of Parker Hannifin (within the Fluid Connectors Group).

    1999 - 2008

    Titan manufactured industrial rubber hose to serve the Petroleum, Chemical, Material Handling, Food & Beverage and various other industrial markets. Todd was responsible for all aspects of Titan and held full P&L responsibility. Including acquisitions and related companies, Titan operated three manufacturing plants and two distribution centers across the United States. Titan generated revenue of $28M with the support of its 200 employees. Todd lead the process of selling Titan to Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), and closed the transaction in June 2008.

    Co-founded company to address market need for better performing boat docking product. Developed product, and received patent. Expanded sales channels and product line to include docking, sailing, and safety products for the accessory segment of the boating industry.
