Course Design Assistant

Developed a Coursera course 'Leading Diverse Teams and Organizations' working Professor Lindred Greer and the Center for Academic Innovation at the University of Michigan. Helped develop course curriculum, researched topic areas, developed reflection exercises and interactive activities for learners. We took a research-based approach to help course participants better understand their personal identity in the workplace — whether as a leader or part of a diverse team. The course outlines the organizational and financial benefits of creating diverse and inclusive teams and helps learners better identify privilege, implicit bias, and microaggressions in any workplace setting. By the end of the course, learners will create an action plan to apply to their current workplace because teams and organizations are also strengthened with diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership.

Developed engagement and retention strategies for female-founded fitness brand, focusing on building 305 Fitness's Certified Instructor Community. Projects include the development of a loyalty program and badge system, instructor onboarding process review, acquisition and churn analysis, and marketing communications review.

Women Who Launch aspires to create gender equal entrepreneurial ecosystems by empowering women to engage with entrepreneurship, whether as founders, funders or team members. Built organization of over 350 members across the University of Michigan with the goal of creating a gender equal entrepreneurial ecosystem; planned and executed 20+ events including 2 conferences and a career trek to Silicon Valley. Raised $20k+ in funding from corporate sponsors and UofM partners including Bumble, Amazon, General Motors, and Detroit-area VCs. Researched gender bias and developed a gender lens investment scouting program.

Developed strategic roadmap for Honest to become a $1B brand, including consumer demand forecast, innovation pipeline recommendations, brand health analysis and integrated marketing communications plan development. Conducted whitespace assessment for product licensing opportunities, including competitive analysis and product development guardrails that were used to guide the R&D process for new product creation. Forecasted customer interest in mission driven brands and developed an analysis of the food and beverage industry landscape.

Built business case and go-to-market strategy for new product portfolio launch, targeting $4.8M in incremental annual sales for Peruvian market. Designed Distributor Performance Excellence Program, including frameworks and tools for distribution partner scouting and selection process, leading to standardization among LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions. Gathered primary research and insights from stakeholders across the globe to develop tools and product development recommendations.

Worked onsite at Marriott HQ coordinating creative strategy and campaign development for client Marriott's loyalty program. I provided superior client service while managing schedules and deliverables from the creative, development, and email deployment teams. I provided account management and campaign production support for email campaigns from conceptualization to execution, updating the loyalty program's email strategy and design for over 350 emails across 8 languages. Managed cross-functional team in the production of marketing campaigns for Marriott’s global promotions, resulting in 133.2K hotel bookings that generated $45.2M in incremental revenue. Oversaw timeline, budget and campaign deployments for Marriott Rewards, creating 4 monthly email campaigns sent to 12M members, increasing average click rate by 26%.

Developed and implemented 28 cross-channel marketing campaigns, the largest raising over $500K in one day. Responsibilities included managing the CRM and marketing automation tools, directing content strategy, social media management, email marketing, and campaign development to drive revenue and meet company goals. Worked with nonprofits and agencies alike to create integrative marketing campaigns that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for great causes.
