Managed team of 3, reported to VP/GM. • Developed strategic plan to doulbe size of brand in 36 months- including global creative platform, ecommerce/ digital marketng focus, new channel distribution, and star launch. • Led online-marketing plan and investments in, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, mobile, partnerships, display ads, and retargeting.     Responsible for global volume and profit commitment of Re-Nutriv ($250MM, skincare and make-up), and Body & Sun ($50MM). Managed team of 3, reported to VP of Global Marketing. • Refined positioning to elevate luxury platform. Expanded into incremental categories to add +$25MM in sales. Managed relaunch of Re-Nutriv Make-Up, redefining brand equity and launching innovation to grow sales +27%.
