Galp Solar was initially born as Ei Energia as a spin-off owned 100% by Galp, focused in decentralized energy for B2B and B2C clients. After two years, we became Galp Solar but we still aim to help our clients during their energetic transition through different products and services. As Head of People for Spain and Portugal, I am: - Running a team of 2 people (a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a People Operations Specialist) - Supervising all the Labor related matters: payroll, health & safety, medical checks, contract modifications,etc. - Managing and supervising the hiring strategy of the company: job positions, job descriptions, admin of the Application Tracking System (ATS), interviews - Coordinating the onboarding of new employees in the team making them up to speed as soon as possible and keeping a follow-up during the first six months - Coordinating the performance review process for the team in Spain and Portugal - Creating the compensation and benefits policy, this includes the perks for the team, creation of paybands and job categories - Defining the employer branding to make Galp Solar an attractive project for top talent
