Product Management Mentor
2020 - 2020
Product Manager is emerging to be the key role not just in tech but for any company which wants to survive in this digital decade. Also, it's not just a role in the west anymore, the demand for product management professionals has seen a 2-3x increase in India and SEAsia. As a way of giving back to the startup community which has taught me so much. I am doing my bit in shaping up the next generation of product managers who will go on to build the next set of useful products which make our lives easier every day. Mentoring and collaborating a few aspirants personally, if you would like to collaborate on a project feel free to reach out.

Product Management
2016 - 2018
The cross-functional team I led built Driver Platform at Go-Jek, with the needs and aspiration of millions of Drivers at the core of it. Driver Platform is a product vertical in itself while also spreading across horizontally to support all the 18 businesses and hence acts as a platform on top of which Go-Jek delivers its services to our Millions of daily active customers. Transportation & Logistics are Go-Jek's Biggest strength and the catalyst of its Growth, the supply side consists of 4 categories of drivers for whom we build 4 mobile apps. * Go-Jek * Go Car * Go BlueBird * Go Kilat Managing the Platform was a big challenge but it allowed me to wear multiple hats and work across the spectrum of * Product - Envisioning the future of the platform. Strategising the roadmap and breaking it into tactical work streams - Defining the right Engagement, Retention, Growth and Health metric for Business KPIs - Translating driver's behaviours into features and bring behavioural changes beneficial to the business via product features - Solving big and small problems with our Drivers to deliver a smooth experience * Technology - Building our 4 Android apps with specific features targeted towards Indonesian culture and scale - Fixing problems to the most granular levels and maintaining the stability of the platform * Security - Securing drivers from identity theft & monetary losses - Securing Go Jek from fraud, identifying and fixing security gaps on the mobile front * Delivery - Shipping features in a 1 weak iteration, with a consistent output velocity - Prioritising the features to create higher impact and maximising global minima - Supporting other business verticals by delivering features on driver apps All this and the impact we created in the lives of those drivers wouldn't have been possible without my awesome team.
