    • Supervised a team of (12) direct reports to oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Collection functions for (3) different U.S. entities under the SNC-Lavalin umbrella • Managed 10 week cash flow forecasting strategically to meet quarterly operating cash flow targets while maintaining org-wide visibility through diligent daily and weekly reporting • Rolled out a comprehensive Supply Chain Financing program through a financial sponsor to address vendor payables while navigating short-term cash constraints. Successfully negotiated ~$30M USD in invoice submissions through the program • Key Deal Team member that structured and issued $40M USD in secured debt. Executed financial, legal and contractual obligations to successfully consummate the transaction and observed the debt covenants on an ongoing basis • Designated as official Company Representative in arbitration proceedings with a JV partner. Prepared and delivered expert testimony under oath at arbitration proceedings with $2M-$4M USD under dispute. Successful in receiving a favorable ruling and monetary award • Re-designed and improved accounts payables process through an inter-departmental initiative between Procurement, Systems and Finance to improve integration between vendor portal and ERP system.
