Handles insolvency litigation proceedings under the Mexican Business Reorganization Act, and performs credit structuring for international investment banks. • Serves as lead counsel in civil and commercial trials, executive commercial trials, real estate controversies, family law and inheritance proceedings, amparo (direct and indirect) procedures, administrative, foreclosure, seizure, and business reorganization proceedings (concursos mercantiles), and national and international commercial arbitration proceedings. • Tries cases before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice (Chambers and Plenary), the Mexican Federal Judiciary, Mexican Federal Courts (District, Unitary and Collegiate Courts), and several state and local courts; as well as arbitral proceedings in both Mexico and abroad.
