    Newly formed role to lead and manage the Global Innovation business unit that is charged with developing and commercializing Argenta's Intellectual Property, including scientific, regulatory and project management resources. Developed and executed an Innovation strategy for the Argenta Group. Led engagement with all Innovation customers, prospects and the wider market, developing long term strategic partnerships. Drove sustainable financial performance and commercial success of the Innovation business unit. Member of the Global Senior Leadership Team, Global Research, Development and Innovation Committee and Leadership Team.

  • Global Head of New Business

    2017 - 2018

    Led Argenta’s Global business development initiatives, monitoring and managing the process and people around growth activities with a specific focus on new product introduction, Innovation and Research & Development. Also, led, enabled and drove the onboarding of new products from the NZ manufacturing site to the newly purchased US manufacturing site. Ensured the new US manufacturing site was set-up with the capabilities, processes and skills necessary to onboard new business independently to enable future growth. Was accountable for the management of the Project Management Office with teams located in NZ and Scotland. Enabled the successful execution of new business through the Argenta PMO.

    2011 - 2017

    Oversaw and directed the Project Management office. Worked closely with the CEO/Founder to transition new site acquisitions into the business. Developed and implemented Argenta’s client and communication strategy. Developed and executed the annual marketing and communications plan.

  • Project Management Office Manager

    2010 - 2011

    Established the Project Management office (PMO) at Argenta. Led and grew the project management capability, governance and team. Utilized best practice methodology and tools to execute, monitor and report on all projects in various stages of initiation, execution and completion. Implemented the PMO’s continuous improvement and development process with a focus on strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities included managing and overseeing key projects, developing and executing yearly marketing and communications plan.

  • Project Engineer/Manager

    2006 - 2010

    Led the execution of full development programs in R&D, technical transfer and commercialization of new and existing products as well as key internal projects. Projects were initiated, executed and completed using consistent project management methodology and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities included developing and executing yearly marketing and communications plan.

  • Project Engineer

    2004 - 2006

    Part of the engineering team that was responsible for design, commissioning and qualification/validation of process equipment and systems. Two key projects were the upgrade of existing manufacturing suite to meet US FDA standards, and the building and commissioning of new manufacturing facility that was custom built to handle flammables products.
