    21CC Triathlon club is the largest sport club specialised in organising triathlon competition and providing triathlon specific trainings in Estonia. As a Coach in 21CC my responsibilities include advising athletes in improving their fitness and to fulfill their dreams. Coaching groups as well as acting as a private coach for triathletes.

    Advising clients on wide array of taxation related matters, mainly in the field of international taxation and transfer pricing. Specialities: Indirect taxation – advising clients on the VAT treatment of intra-community transactions as well as on transactions with third countries both in order to ensure full alignment with compliance regulation as well as to result with the optimal tax exposure, assisting clients with VAT refund procedures, registering companies as VAT liable persons and resolving disputes with the tax authorities. Transfer Pricing - preparation of transfer pricing documentation files, transfer pricing policies for future transactions, consulting on other transfer pricing matters, resolving disputes with the tax authorities. Value Chain Transformation for multinational group entities - creating operational structures that aligns organisation's unique elements, assessing company's value chain management process and finding ways to maximise supply chain efficiency, aligning operational, tax and legal structures to achieve sustainable financial and operational benefits during business transformation, determining how shared services between departments can help control costs, optimise your processes, and create visibility throughout your value chain. International taxation – analysing the tax position of the activities undertaken by a company in foreign jurisdiction in order to determine the optimal tax position (i.e. weather the activates constitute an permanent establishment), conducting feasibility studies of potential planning alternatives, investigating and determining the optimal organisational structure for future investments for multinational group companies as well as provided assistance with the organisation of the compliance.
