    ZypCall is a new mobile display technology with a patented auto-display that replaces the phone’s static black screen with rich actionable real-time content. ZypCall delivers content curated by the called number on caller’s screen during ordinary phone calls creating significant new opportunities in advertising, customer service, last minute promotions, municipal call centers, public service announcements, alerts and general information. For businesses it enables simple and direct communications with its customers and prospects; for individuals it provides a platform for messages, schedules, availability and other on-demand information. Businesses, agencies, individuals or their ad partners, can post information at any time and it will be displayed instantly to the next caller. Content is displayed if the phone is ringing, busy, goes to voice mail, is a “missed call” or even when terminated. Callers will also be able to PAUSE the call to study the content, or TERMINATE the call if the desired information was received. The core use case for ZypCall is to improve the efficiency of any phone call by providing callers information and options prior to the call being answered. Multiple links on the caller's screen can open additional pages of detailed information. For example: details on a cruise offer, special menus, available reservation times, and a promotional video or for public service announcements instructions. Private messages and confidential information is managed by a special passcode process.     iCap Global provided strategic market and sales planning and training for high tech and internet companies in the USA, Europe and Asia. Mr. Kasbarian managed marketing and sales strategy projects for many corporations such as IBM, Oracle, CNN Financial, Opticore and others as well as incubators and entrepreneurs around the world. He was project executive for many large scale projects including the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), the Startup Portal, Lausanne, Deutsche Bank Frankfurt, and many others. For IBM and others, he developed the customer evolution cycle geared toward turning visitors into buyers and finally into advocates. Most of the strategic market planning was based on a proprietary system of a 40 step process based system called the GEOMETRY OF SUCCESS which enabled VCs, incubators, and executive managers to quickly evaluate the strategy and market targets of their portfolio companies and, using advanced techniques, find market, investment, and technology or merger partners as needed. He also developed GOSO which is an online version of the Geometry of Success enabling entrepreneurs to log on to a dashboard and develop a strategic plan and Entrepreneur Playbook™. IMT owned its own building and training center in NYC.

    Mr. Kasbarian identified and completed several acquisitions in ERP related services in Europe and then relocated to European to assume the direct responsibility for the integration of those acquisitions into AXS-ONE worldwide operations. This responsibility primarily focused on restructuring the existing organizations and planning the necessary sales training and management to synchronize the teams in the difficult highly competitive ERP environment. Some of key accomplishments were: • Secured several major software sales in first year of operations; such as multi-million sale to Monoprix (against SAP and Oracle), NeoPoste, SMH and many others. • Successful staff culture shift from legacy to C/S environment (700 mandays of sales training within first year) • Built and developed new marketing and sales team • Established significant market visibility • Recruited replacement country managers • Completed detailed strategy and business plan for going forward

    IMT was an international consulting firm specializing in management, systems and computer applications. Lines of business were: IT systems planning; strategic market planning, sales training and business plans and the software work included development of customized systems for many international companies and agencies to work in global multilingual markets. Some examples of his work are: • Sold and managed several multi-million consulting contract to government of Algeria • Organized offices/VAR’s throughout Middle East /North Africa. • Recruited and trained IT consultants for international work. • Completed national IT plans for the several Government agencies. • Designed systems and processes for the use of LANDSAT data. • Designed and developed US strategic market entry plan for European Software Companies Along with general management responsibilities, Mr. Kasbarian also authored several articles on international market strategies for software products. In addition, for IBM, AT&T, and other companies, he designed and delivered courses on the development and audit of strategic plans for entering international multilingual markets. The software work involved full project management and product development for international clients in construction, finance and hotel industries as well as government development agencies. This included analysis, design, development, Q/A and support. One product family IMT built for its own distribution was the Multilingual User Interface. The MUI is a packaged software product which is an extension to UNIX and other operating systems enabling English applications to immediately operate in other languages such as Arabic, French, Greek, Russian etc. MUI software products are currently sold by VAR’s in international markets. Clients included banks, developers, and government agencies. IMT had offices in New York City, Algiers, Beirut, Nice, and Uppsala
