Following sale of MedXT to Box, remained with organization in engineering leadership capacity, managed Content Experience engineering team, and delivered 3D rendering, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM), and other content preview products. - Motivated and guided one of the top-performing engineering teams at Box, steering deliberate growth, including technical talent via acquisition. - Personally wrote original code for Box Skills, providing automatic image tagging and transcription for content on Box using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). - Provided expert support to internal and external customers while supporting Aaron Levie’s vision to help office workers optimize workflows through AI-based tools. - Substantially improved velocity of elite engineering team through better DevOps processes and infrastructure programs

Utilized engineering and product management expertise to accelerate development and growth across numerous applications, including FB Credits, FB for Android, FB Gifts, promoted posts (for users), FB Deals, gift cards, and payments (mobile, HTML5, subscription, prepaid, international, SEPA, etc.). - Shipped first version of FB Credits, growing related revenue to $250M in initial year by ensuring product alignment with user needs, rapidly triaging and remediating issues to enhance customer experience, and closely monitoring user trends to nimbly respond to evolving requirements. - Ran roadmap for payments on Facebook Developer platform, which had tens of thousands of apps and payment methods in 50+ countries.
