Captic’s white-label platform, which powers thousands of unique virtual worlds, allows organisations to own, control and scale their own metaverse presences on web. Captic's proprietary tech facilitates the delivery of multiuser and cross-platform virtual spaces and experiences without the need of client downloads -- just easy-to-share 3D worlds that outperform 5-10 times all known engines on web.

EAE is a leading business school part of Planeta Group, a mass media conglomerate that specialises in areas such as innovation and digitisation. In this MBA, I co-designed the course content and structure, recruited lecturers and planned and delivered seminars related to Innovation & Change Management.
Team Lead -- Games Unit
2012 - 2023
In this position, I coordinated the conceptualisation and production of new game ideas that were then delivered by a talented team of developers and artists. Upon my arrival at this this company, I proposed a new workflow that mixed data-mining with Motion Capture, which has then been used in the delivery of seven products. Such titles are being distributed worldwide and on multiple platforms. During this period, the company was acquired by a group, became sector leader and enjoyed an exponential growth regarding team size, revenues and accolades, incl. the delivery of several of the largest mocap projects ever.

The Elisava-UPF University School is an internationally-oriented educational and research institution based in Barcelona and home to around 2,200 students. Domus magazine ranked it among the top design schools in Europe. At Elisava, I am responsible for the design and delivery of modules that are part of the Entrepreneurship & Design Thinking Master’s course.

Timepath has developed a plug-in, compatible with game engines, that facilitates the creation of highly-engaging and rich XR content by making 3D models more responsive to user actions, resulting in higher levels of immersion, memorability, retention and engagement.

ATP is a digital media research facility part of Loughborough University's School of Arts & Design. In my work, I managed the centre (which included a Mocap studio) and its team, prepared fundraising/research bids, organised art residencies and seminars, conducted and facilitated research and promoted the organisation nationally and internationally.
