Led the $700M acquisition of Yellow Pages. Worked closely with the CIO and CTO to create the overall product and business strategy to support business revenue goals and a tactical plan to execute on the said strategy for the SMB sector.     Managed a $1.8B P&L, for Home Depot's commerce division. It consisted of dot com, SaaS tools for contractors, and a marketplace connecting 4 million businesses to hundreds of millions of users. Led 7 acquisitions to support inorganic revenue growth along with strategic expansion in 2 years. Target: SMB and Mid Market GTM Approach: Mostly sales-led plus CSM-driven upselling with some inside sales motions
