    Developed and authored three global operating plans and budgets to allocate between $96-126 Million USD annually across 62 offices in 50 countries against measurable objectives. Liaised with C-level executives at all 6 major film studios to ensure that 1-3 year MPA strategy was aligned with business needs and entertainment industry trends: Warner Brothers, Sony, Disney, Universal, Paramount, and Fox. Restructured organization's strategy and on-the-ground operations in 10 international markets over 4 years -- Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, United States, and the UK. Managed a multi-year global consumer research study to quantify potential new revenue that could be realized if piracy decreased, based on quantitative surveys in 13 countries and statistical modeling in an additional 59.

Led a working group of studio Chief Technology Officers to develop a new model to quantify and prioritize security threats at pre and post-production “off-the-lot” filmmaking facilities ranging from DVD replication factories to online rental or sell-through websites

    Launched an Intellectual Property (IP) Policy Advocacy Group comprised of 12 of the world’s leading pro-IP think tanks, copyright academics, and peer industry groups (telecom, video retail, satellite TV) which formed the basis of MPA’s amicus brief strategy in the Supreme Court case, MGM v. Grokster.
